How do I use an SP2S vape device?
Most SP2S devices use a 5-click mechanism — quickly pressing the button five times within two seconds will turn the device on or off. Once powered on, the device enters standby mode and will activate instantly (within 10ms) when you take a puff. Some of our products adopt a fully draw-activated design, meaning no buttons are needed — simply unbox and inhale.

How to Know When a SP2S Vape is Empty?
For SP2S vapes without a screen, you’ll know it’s empty when no vapor is produced during a puff — but don’t worry, the final draw will still taste smooth, not burnt, thanks to our consistent output design.
For models with a screen, you can also check the e-liquid level indicator on the display for real-time updates. Always refer to your specific product’s user guide for details.
The battery gets warmer or hotter when charging. Is there any risk?
It is normal for the battery to become slightly warm during charging, especially when using a car charger, as the output voltage is typically higher than that of a standard wall adapter. We strongly recommend using the original or authorized SP2S charging cable to ensure safety and optimal performance. Rest assured, all SP2S products undergo rigorous safety testing — there is no risk during proper use.
